My name is Matt Olphin. I work for Murray Securus. We are a commercial insurance broker here in the Lancaster area, we're regional across the Mid-Atlantic states and I lead the risk control department for Murray Securus. And risk control, we spend a lot of time with our commercial clients, businesses, industries, trying to help them prevent accidents, prevents losses, whether it's employee accidents, accidents involving their vehicles, we try to make sure their property stays safe, and they don't have fires and those types of things, or their premises and their operations are safe for guests and visitors to come on to their property. My department, we work with our other departments in the agency, a lot of the other folks that we work with are the sales people, who they're going out and looking for insurance opportunities. They bring on new clients, new businesses, new industries. So they sell, if you will, and then my staff we go out and service, we spend the time in the field with the clients to make sure they don't have accidents, to make sure they don't have losses, to make sure they don't have issues with their employees or their fleet or their autos, so that people don't get hurt, and then the insurance companies don't have to pay out losses. One day we could be at a foundry, the next day we could be at a nursing home, the next day we could be at a hotel, the next day we could be on a construction site. And we may get calls to unfortunately go investigate accident that have happened. So someone was hurt, a building was damaged by fire, so we get a lot of calls like that unfortunately. We do a lot of training where me and my staff are going out in the field and doing supervisory training to help them understand the business of safety. We're doing employee training, whether it be on fall prevention, or how to drive a forklift, or how to lift safely. So every day could be different with any number of industries. Any day could be different with doing inspections and audits and job site assessments to the accident investigations to trainings. So it's a lot of variety what we do on the insurance side. Every week could be a little bit different. Some of the consultants, I'm in the office a lot more now than I used to be since I lead the department. And a lot of my consultants, they're on the road. While they actually have offices in Lancaster, in our main building, some of them I may not see in a week's time because they may be up in Northeastern Pennsylvania, they may be in Ohio or Maryland or Delaware or Southeastern Pennsylvania or they just may have so many client visits that we don't see them come in the office.
