Based out of Muncie, Indiana, Andrea manages both the Bed and Breakfast as well as the apartment book of business; the company’s largest. With clients all over the country, Andrea handles Certificates of Insurance for the many existing apartment complex accounts along with proposals and contracts for new clients or new constructions.
