Event Video & Social Media Content Creator
The Video & Social Media Content Creator will play a key role in bringing the Dan’s Taste brand to life across digital platforms, with a strong emphasis on video-first storytelling. This role focuses on capturing, creating, and distributing visually compelling content that reflects the elevated, experiential nature of Dan’s Taste events and culinary programming. Working closely with the creative, editorial, and events teams, this individual will lead the execution of short-form video content and social storytelling that drives engagement, ticket sales, and brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Capture on-site content at Dan’s Taste events, including chef moments, guest experiences, VIP activations, and behind-the-scenes footage
- Concept, shoot, and edit short-form videos that align with brand tone and seasonal campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute content calendars tied to ticket pushes, sponsorships, and key moments
- Edit and deliver polished video content with strong pacing, music selection, and on-screen text optimized for engagement
- Post and manage daily social media activity, ensuring consistency in voice, visuals, and timing
- Identify and execute on trending formats, audio, and viral concepts in a way that feels elevated and brand-aligned
- Support live event coverage with real-time posting, story updates, and rapid-turn video edits

Ideal Skill Set
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
- Eye for luxury lifestyle content and experiential storytelling
- Ability to work quickly in fast-paced, live-event environments
- Deep understanding of social trends and platform-specific best practices
- Comfortable being both behind the camera and directing content on-site

Academic Credit
