Position Overview
GSP CAMPAIGNS is hiring a Sales Associate Assistant to support face-to-face brand promotion and direct sales campaigns. This is an in-person role working at pop-up events, retail locations, and promotional activations.
This position involves actively promoting and selling consumer products and services on behalf of nationally recognized brands.
Work Environment

- Consumer products and services (varies by campaign; may include telecommunications services, home improvement services, or retail consumer goods)
Compensation Structure
- Additional uncapped commissions based on personal sales performance
- Average earnings include base + commission (top earners may exceed this range)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Set up and represent assigned brands at promotional events
- Engage directly with customers to explain products and services
- Answer questions and overcome objections
- Process sales and assist customers with enrollment or purchases
- Promote special offers and discounts
- Track daily sales and meet performance goals
- Work closely with the sales team and event manager
