Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Intern, who is eager to grow with an impactful company and share in the high growth of an early-stage startup. You will apply your social aptitude and specialized training on biomechanics that you will learn at Icarus to cultivate deep customer and clinician relationships. You will be accountable for converting new sales leads, generated through the company website, and you will drive sales and meet monthly sales goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet with and fit patients with Icarus devices by traveling around in the RDU area
- Apply your social aptitude and specialized training on biomechanics that you will learn at Icarus to cultivate deep customer and clinician relationships
- Understanding our customer’s needs and requirements, ensuring a smooth Icarus experience
Once you have mastered our product and performed at a high level, you will have the opportunity to take on new challenges as a Sales Representative in areas where the company needs you. Our team will work with you to begin building your opportunities ensure your success. As a rapidly growing company, there are many opportunities around the country and internationally to choose from.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Have, or working toward, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Cumulative GPA > 3.2, for recent graduates
- 1 year of customer relations or relevant work experience (preferred)
- Have hustle and grit and prioritize patient satisfaction
- Thrive in an innovative and creative environment
- Proven ability to work in diverse teams
- Ability to work independently with little direction
- Excited to interact with teams and work on group projects
