This Role
We’re looking for hungry and ecstatic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our law firm partnerships. If you love fast-paced environments, enjoy talking to customers, and want to be on the ground floor of a high-growth legal tech company, this is your role.
You’ll play a critical role in building pipeline, refining outbound messaging, and shaping how Finch builds trust and excitement with new law firms. You’ll work closely with the Growth team and our Account Executives to run high-quality outbound campaigns and convert interest into real relationships.
You Will:
- Identify and qualify prospective law firm clients via outbound email, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach
- Develop a deep understanding of Finch’s product and value prop to speak credibly with attorneys and staff
- Manage the early stages of the sales cycle, from first touch to booked meetings
- Collaborate with the Growth team to test new messaging, track performance, and iterate quickly
- Leverage best-in-class tooling to create automated and efficient workflows so that you focus on important tasks
- Maintain clear and accurate pipeline data in our HubSpot CRM
- Represent Finch at industry conferences and events
You’ll help build Finch’s GTM playbook from the ground up, with the opportunity to grow into an AE, Growth Strategist, or Customer Success Lead. You’ll also collaborate with the rest of the team at Finch to shape product and messaging based on real client feedback.
You Might Be a Fit if You:
- Have previous experience in customer-service, sales, and/or hospitality
- Are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Are curious and eager to learn about legal tech and how law firms operate
- Have resilience and grit—comfortable hearing “no” and iterating fast
- Thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments and want to grow quickly
- (Bonus) Has previous internship experience in sales or start-ups / familiarity with the legal industry
Must Haves:
- Comfortable working with minimal structure and creating processes
- Can test, iterate, and optimize outbound messaging and workflows
- Has a builder mindset but is also hands-on with prospecting
- Is likely aiming to become an AE, AM, CSM, or SDR leader down the line
OTE: $90,000 + equity
