2025 Freshman Discovery Program -CITI

2025 Freshman Discovery Program  Are you a college first-year and interested in exploring a career in financial services? The Freshman Discovery Program at Citi is a virtual workshop series dedicated to helping students discover their unique career path, gain technical knowledge, and kickoff their early career planning. Selected students will join Citi’s Early Career team to attend virtual workshops, chats with senior leaders, and network with business professionals.This program is open to all first-year students regardless of major/field of study. Students with limited exposure to financial services are also encouraged to apply. Candidates will be selected based on their academic achievement, extracurricular activities, and leadership skills. Applications are due Sunday, April 27, 2025 at 11:59PM EST. Selected participants will attend the Freshman Discovery Program on Tuesday, May 20 through Thursday, May 22, 2025.
